TRIM CAP
The clean border that holds it all together
The trim cap is a plastic border that wraps around the acrylic face and connects it to the body of the letter. It’s available in different widths and colors, giving the front a clean, finished look that matches the design.
COIL
The aluminum structure that gives depth
The sides of each letter are made from aluminum coil, available in 3" or 5" widths depending on the desired depth. We offer painted, brushed, or stainless steel finishes, all customizable to match your brand.
BACKER
The solid base that supports and seals the letter
The back of the letter is usually made from aluminum or PVC. For backlit or halo-lit letters, aluminum is preferred for strength and heat resistance. The back can also serve as the mounting base for LEDs.
Lighting
The heart of illumination inside every letter
Modern channel letters are lit with LED modules, placed inside the body. These LEDs can illuminate the face (front-lit), create a glow on the wall (backlit), or do both (combo-lit). LED is the most efficient and long-lasting option in the industry.
Durability
10 Years • Our signs should only be used indoors or outdoors in a covered location. They should not be exposed to weather/elements.

Size options are listed on the drop-down menu. All sizes are approximate and may vary +/- 1"
Turnaround & shipping
• Free domestic shipping. • 1-2 Weeks, after the approval of the digital mockup. • Signs are shipped from Miami, FL and the transit time will depend on your area (3-5 business days approx). • For acrylic signs and products less than 48'' we ship with UPS Ground. • For channel letters and signs bigger than 48'' we ship with a truckload company mounted on a pallet (ACT Cooper or ABF Freight). • For international orders, please contact us! We do worldwide shipping but an extra fee may applied (Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Saint Pierre, Miquelon, etc). • If you need your sign by a specific date, please let us know before placing your order. We’ll do our best to meet your timeline. Please note that a rush processing fee applies.
